Prepare to swoon! After a major win with the Solange Knowles cover issue in 2012, Elle South Africa continues pushing the African fashion agenda with the “Jozi Maboneng” fashion editorial spread for its January 2013 issue.

The theme being “Design from across the continent meets in Soweto, the melting pot that is a SNAPSHOT of Jo’burg life, to celebrate the true spirit of AFRICAN FASHION“

Gavin Rajah, Loin Cloth & Ashes, Taibo Bacar, Ituen Basi, Deola Sagoe, Babatunde andMarianne Fassler are just some of the African fashion brands featured in the shoot. The photography byRoss Garrett sets the tone while the styling by Poppy Evans seals the deal!

Who decides what's fashionable and what isn't? What's in or what's out?
